In 2016, Hillcrest launched a rebranding and marketing initiative focused on strengthening the company’s image and building deeper connections with potential customers. Over the following four to five years, I played a key role in developing and refining the brand, ensuring Hillcrest leveraged every available tool and opportunity to elevate the company to the next level.
In 2020, I initiated our internal app development project.An exciting step in Hillcrest’s digital transformation journey. The Hillcrest internal management app was designed to be a powerful tool for our sales team, enabling them to track sales activity and credit reports for new customers. In addition, the system served as part of a self-management and training initiative for new employees. I was responsible for building and overseeing the entire development process, from initial concept to final deployment. The app was completed after some iterations and it is currently available on both iOS and Android.
